Deposits 1/3 of your total balance is due at the time of
placing the Reservation. Large Groups reserving 4 or more cabins
a 50% deposit is required. We accept Checks, Visa, and
MasterCard. Written confirmation will be mailed or emailed to
you upon receipt of your deposit. Balance of payment is due upon
arrival when you check in. Any reservations placed within 60
days of arrival requires a 50% deposit.
EXTRA DAY RATES: 1/6 of a full week rate
applies to an existing reservation if availability allows.
**Extra person charge for anyone over the base rate of people
$25/day or $150/week per person.

Short Stay reservations can be placed after April 15th. You can
have your name put on a waiting list prior to April.
Deposits

from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on your
arrival day and our check-out time is
anytime before 9:00 a.m.
- Peak Season: No early arrivals or late departures
permitted. (from June 12th - Sept 6, 2010)
- Off-Peak Season: Prior to your arrival, arrangements made to change
check-in and/or check-out time may result in additional lodging
charges.

RESERVATION & RESORT POLICIES
Rates: Prices do not reflect 6.875% MN state sales tax and local lodging surcharge.
Deposits: A third of your lodging rate is due at the time
of placing the Reservation. We accept Checks, Visa, and Mastercard.
Large Groups reserving 4 or more cabins a 50% deposit is

receipt of your deposit. Balance of payment is due upon arrival

Any reservations placed within 60 days of arrival requires a 50%

Cancellations: Deposit is refunded when opening(s)
created by your cancellation is refilled, less a $50 processing
fee.
Registration & Visitors: Bear Paw is a private
facility maintained entirely for the use of our registered
guests. Day Visitors, with prior notice, must register upon
arrival and will be charged our extra persons fee of $25.00 per
person per day based Cabin/RV site occupancy. Please
inform your visitors of resort policies, as they apply to
everyone on resort property. Bear Paw reserves the right to
limit visitors based on the Resort's occupancy.
Quiet Hours: Our policy is that it is quiet time from 10
pm through 9 am so we can maintain a quiet family resort. This
also prohibits any loud parties or excessive drinking that could
disrupt the vacations of other resort guests.
For the peace, safety, and enjoyment of all our guests, we do
not permit Fireworks, Jet skis, or Pets of any kind at our
Resort or on our property. There are NO
exceptions.
Resort Safety: We have speed bumps in
place throughout our Resort which has provided a "peace of mind"
to many of our parents of little ones that love to run freely
throughout. We will continue to ask of our guests to drive in
and out at idle speed and thank you for all your help in keeping
our resort a safe place for families of all ages. |

We have 2 transient camping sites with a 40' long
hard-packed pad. These sites have 30/50 amp electric with water
and sewer hook up. They are approximately 125' from the water. We do not have any public shower/restroom
facility so your RV or Camper must be self-contained.
No Tent/Primitive or Pop-Up
Camping available. |

Rates and Requirements: |
Check-In 2:00 pm and Check-out 10:00 am
To rent a campsite you must be 21 or older.
1 Vehicle per site.
No campfires at site; we have 2 beachside campfires that we set
up for you nightly.
Stay 7 nights and get 10% discount off of your nightly
$38 rate ($240 for week).
$38.00 per night for 4 people or less, maximum 8 people per
site. 5 - 8 people extra person charges will apply.
$5.00/day for any extra people, children 2 yrs or under at time
of vacation is free.
$5.00/day for dock slip; if you rent one of our boats then the
dock slip is free.
$3.00/day for A/C |
