• Opener - June 9 and Sept 7 - closing requires 2 night minimum
• June 9 to Sept 7 requires a 3 night minimum and departures or arrivals to fall on a Saturday.

Short Stays reservations are not taken until after April 15th for that same current year.

Any number of people over the base rate are $25.00 per night or $150 per week.
